Finished assignment that was posted in Edmodo in which you highlighted important words in two poems about cockroaches and talked about the connotation of these words and how this contributes to the meaning of the poem. Please be sure to remember your login and password for this site, since we will use it for future assignments. HW: Read Freak the Mighty through the end of chapter 16. As you are reading, make note of two quotes you feel are significant and record them in a dialectical (two column) journal entry. Refer to the one you have already done to refresh you. Designate a 1/2 page for each quote. Include: 1.Context (what's going on when the quote occurred) 2. Something literary 3. What it shows. My sample can be accessed here.
